Bread service:
A lovely day’s holiday starts with freshly baked bread. On request, our bread service will deliver fresh bread from the local Pichler bakery in Eggen to your apartment between 7.30 and 8.00 am, Monday to Sunday.

Free time & info:
We are pleased to offer you tips for hiking tours and excursions. In the Spanglerhaus you may safely store your skiing equipment as well as your bikes.

Explore the Eggental/Val'd Ega and South Tyrol for free by public transport!
To protect our precious World Heritage Site, local public transport in the Eggental valley has been significantly expanded. Exclusively for all guests staying at member establishments of the Eggental Tourist Association, there is the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which allows you to use public transport free of charge and without restriction during your stay throughout South Tyrol.

Parking:
Near our house, there is a free parking available for our guests.

Arrival:
Our apartments are available from 2 pm or by arrangement.

Down payment:
In order to confirm your booking, a down payment is necessary.

Cancellation policy:

What if circumstances suddenly change and you are unable to go on holiday as planned? Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you as much as for us. We ask for your understanding. Room cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Our cancellation terms:

• Up to 30 days before the day of arrival, the booking may be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, 50 per cent of the booking price will be charged.
• If you cancel less than 10 days before the start of your holiday, 80 per cent of the booking price will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full booking price will be charged.
• We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance. This protects you from any inconvenience and cancellation costs. You can find further information on the costs and how to take out holiday cancellation insurance here.
